Royal jelly is the thick, milky food worker bees make. Every bee larva gets it for its first three days. The larvae chosen to become queens keep getting it, and that is what makes a queen a queen.

Each capsule: 167 mg of 3x royal jelly powder, equal to 500 mg of fresh royal jelly. The powder is a 3:1 concentrate: the moisture and impurities are removed, so it's three times as strong by weight.

120 capsules. Take 1–3 capsules per day.

Other ingredients: rice powder. Capsule: gelatin.

It's a miracle

My reason for taking Royal Jelly was menapause hot flashes. Not only did Royal Jelly stop my hot flashes but miraculously my arthritis in my fingers and shoulder stopped hurting.
