Queen's Delight® puts three things honeybees make into one capsule: bee pollen, royal jelly and bee propolis. It's our most-ordered product online, and some customers have taken it every day for more than ten years.
Most people take 3 capsules a day, one each morning, noon and night. That's 1,500 mg of bee pollen, 1,000 mg of royal jelly and 600 mg of propolis a day, and the 90-capsule bottle lasts about 30 days.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), potato starch, carob, honey, cane sugar, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearine (from palm oil).
